The Incident Command System
A Work in Progress

The "Incident Command System" project was initiated to provide an overview of an important organizational system for emergency and disaster management.

While the intended target audience is Amateur Radio emergency communications volunteers, this overview would benefit anyone who might become involved in an emergency response or disaster relief organization.

The content was lifted largely from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) self-study course number IS-195, and adapted to web delivery using Macromedia Dreamweaver and PHP scripting.

The training unit is still being developed, but I have posted it so that I can test it in a real web environment and, in the process, solicit comments and suggestions from anyone who is interested in looking at it.
