The Mentor Series combines interactive employee training with a powerful Course Management System to make the job of safety training and documentation easier. The Mentor starts with a programmed interactive learning module, which allows employees to learn at their own pace. It's easy to move back and forth through the material, one screen at at time.
Many key points are illustrated with pictures, diagrams or other graphics to enhance the learning process.
Review questions allow employees to do a "quick check" on their individual progress and comprehension of the material. The Final Quiz is designed to test the knowledge of the important concepts presented in the learning module. Twenty questions, selected at random out of a possible thirty, are presented in a random order. This gives each employee a unique quiz. The results of the Final Quiz are recorded in a secure database for reporting and analysis by the Mentor's Course Management Program. Five titles in the Mentor Series were completed:
